Want an activity to help with team bonding? Our bespoke instructor lead sessions are a fun way for small groups to work together and push themselves out of their comfort zone. New hires can get to know company culture quickly while getting to know the rest of the team. The whole group will have a great time while improving team bonds and camaraderie.

Test your teams problem solving skills with our indoor rock climbing, corporate bouldering, or group caving activities. Team High Ropes
The XC’s fantastic High Ropes facilities are a fun and safe way for team members to test their courage. They will face exhilarating challenges as they navigate through our high ropes course and conquer their fears. This activity promotes trust, teamwork, and resilience within your team.

Led by experienced guides, your team will navigate through underground caves, relying on each other for support and guidance. This unique team building event will challenge your team to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and work together towards a common goal.

FAQs
Is there an age restriction for the activities?
For teambuilding activities our youngest age is 8, so all your staff will be able to take part in our activities. There is no upper age limit, and we have specialist equipment to aid various disabilities so everyone can take part.
Are catering services available?
Yes! Our XC Cafe has drinks and tasty pizzas on hand for your staff to eat while taking part in activities, or if you book in advance we can prepare lunch buffets that cater for all allergies and preferences.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
We do offer shoes, harnesses, belay devices, and chalk bags for rental if you don’t have your own and these will be provided to you on any instructor led session with us. If you attend as a casual user these are subject to availability. If you have your own equipment that is in good condition you can use it. (Note to climbers: You’ll need to bring an appropriately rated 30m rope (minimum) to lead the walls at XC.)
What should I wear?
Dress appropriately according to the temperature outside. Although we are an enclosed building, it can be hot in summer and cold in winter. Wear layers that can be easily removed if you become hot. Dresses and skirts are not permitted. Remove all jewellery and if you have long hair, this must be tied back into a low ponytail.
Do you provide lockers?
Lockers are provided at a cost of £0.20 and are large enough for a rucksack. Alternatively, you can leave your belongings in our briefing rooms or in climbing we have some bag storage. (Personal items are left unattended at your own risk)
Do you have toilets, showers, and changing rooms?
Changing rooms, toilets and showers are available for use on-site at no extra cost to your visit.
