It’s a challenging activity, but with help from our instructors, you’ll find yourself pushing past your limits and navigating through the dark tunnels with ease! This pastime has been practised for the better part of a century and whether you are negotiating squeezes, sumps, stalactites or stalagmites one thing is for sure – you will be enjoying one of the more mentally demanding hobbies out there.
