What Makes the Lost Mine Adventure Different

This isn’t a traditional activity – it’s a fully immersive  experience where every detail has been designed to place you inside a working (and now abandoned) mining site.

  • Over 160 metres of tunnels and chambers
One of the largest indoor cave systems in Europe, now reimagined as the abandoned tunnels of the Absolutely Mining Corporation.
  • Fully equipped for the underground
All participants are provided with helmets and head torches – essential for navigating the pitch-black environment below ground.
  • A realistic underground environment
The tunnels are dark, narrow, and enclosed in places to reflect a genuine mining setting. This is part of what makes the experience so unique, but it does mean it is not suitable for anyone uncomfortable in confined spaces.
  • Designed for ages 8–13
Built specifically for children ready for a more adventurous, hands-on experience.
