Acknowledgement of risk forms

Please complete the appropriate Acknowledgement of Risk form for your activity before you arrive at XC.

Each participant will need an appropriate Acknowledgement of Risk form completed prior to participating in any activity at XC.

If the participant is under 18, this must be completed by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

Supervised Climbing

The Supervised Climbing Waiver, must be filled in by anyone participating in a climbing session. If you are under 18 years old, this must be filled in by a parent or legal guardian.

Unsupervised Climbing

This waiver must be filled in by anyone wanting to climb unsupervised at XC. After this form has been completed, you will be required to demonstrate your skills to a member of the climbing team upon arrival to complete your registration process and climb at XC.

Bouldering Only 16+

This waiver must be filled in by anyone wanting to Boulder unsupervised at XC. After this form has been completed, you will be given a verbal safety brief by a member of the climbing team upon arrival to complete your registration process and Boulder at XC.

Skatepark

The Skatepark Waiver, must be filled in by anyone using the skatepark. If you are under 18 years old, this must be filled in by a parent or legal guardian.

High Ropes

This waiver must be filled in by anyone wanting to use the High Ropes at XC. If you are under 18 years old, this must be filled in by a parent or legal guardian.

Caving

The Caving Waiver, must be filled in by anyone taking part in either of these activities. If you are under 18 years old, this must be filled in by a parent or legal guardian.

Party, Special Events, & Group Booking Waivers

The organiser will send each participant a unique link to fill out the appropriate waiver form. Please speak to the organiser if you have not yet received this.
