How can you help us?

  • Track and Trace registration must be completed before every visit to the building. Staff will be checking that this has been completed and a QR code will be available for scanning on arrival.

  • Adhere to social distancing guidelines. This now includes wearing a mask when entering the building or spending time in our communal areas. The only exceptions to this are if you are eating and drinking or actively participating in a sport. If you are resting or spectating a climb in the climbing area please wear a mask. In the skatepark, if you are resting please wear a mask.

  • Follow any one way systems

  • Regularly wash or sanitise your hands

Your Questions Answered

MY KIDS COME TO XC. CAN I STILL SPECTATE?
We will have a very limited number of tables/chairs available for spectators and we will be offering these on a first-come-first-served basis. If they are full, unfortunately, you will not be able to spectate. You will be required to wear a mask in all communcal areas whilst spectating.
IS CLIMBING AND BOULDERING OPEN?
This will be pre-bookable online and we will only be allowing competent climbers and boulderers to begin with.

Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to supervise any novice climbers.
Instructor-led sessions ie NICAS, Climbing Taster Sessions, Parties and Courses will not be running initially. Please make sure you book in advance, as we have reduced the capacity.
IS THE CAFE OPEN?
No, but you can purchase drinks and snacks via the vending machines which take contactless payment.
ARE THE CHANGING ROOMS OPEN?
Unfortunately these are closed at the moment in line with Government guidance.
IS THE SKATEPARK OPEN?
Yes it is. We have reduced the number of people allowed in to 40, and therefore have reduced each session to 2.5 or 3 hours. Sessions must be pre-booked online and a maximum of 2 sessions per person per day is permitted.
ARE CAVING AND HIGH ROPES OPEN?
Unfortunately these remain closed at the moment.
Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes, in line with Government guidance, there is now a requirement to wear masks in XC communal areas and Kultivation Skate Store.
When are you open?
Monday – Friday: 10am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am - 6pm
